St Luke's Hospice (Brent and Harrow) played a crucial role in ensuring our father, husband and grandfather received the best care and support over the last month of his life.
A huge thank you to all the team for everything they have done for the family and for him, as they ensured he was extremely comfortable throughout the final stages.
